Location ,parking elevator clean bed and shower . All we need since we spend our days on the beach. We like that Quality Inn also has continental breakfast and inside pool .

The Hotel was clean, and the staff was very nice. It rained the 2 of the 4 days while we were in Newport. They would knock and see if we needed anything, such as towels, etc. Thank you for being courteous.

Property was clean, it’s very conveniently located in a great area with easy access to Newport and the other tourist areas. It felt very safe on the property. Breakfast was great and free coffee all day and night. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

Just outside of Newport. Easy access to everything. From hotel to Newport nightlife using Lyft was reasonable. Nice pool. Adequate breakfast.

I am homeless and love it it’s very clean and I am support my own way and to society because rents are too high and I live on once a month check and I also had frostbite in my feet so the doctor recommended me to go somewhere to be warm and safe and I’m warm and safe here at the Quality here in Middletown Rhode Island

Room and bathroom very clean. We also had a whirlpool, which I did not ask for, and that was very clean also. We used it and enjoyed it. The toilet and shower area was very small. Separate sink/dressing area. Sleeping area good size with nice ammenities. Beds comfortable. I used the pool 3 times. Pool area clean, furniture clean, nicely arranged, clean towels. Pool water was sparkling, temp of water and room perfect. I suggest painting the white boarder around the top of the pool tile. Breakfast was simple and tasty. Again, very clean area. All staff was friendly and welcoming. I felt the rate was a good price for the area.

First of all they changed my dates because of a flight change at my end. So my stress level was immediately reduced, thanks to the hotel. The staff was really friendly. The breakfast was very nice and people could spread out while eating. The room was spotless. The price was more than fair and it was easy to come and go to Newport. I booked this hotel because I couldn't afford Newport but would say it was even better than being in town on so many levels. The staff insisted on cleaning my reusable coffee cup! They loaded my suitcases onto the cart - even when I said it wasn't necessary. It was a soothing environment, the room was really private. I loved this hotel

The staff was very friendly, and the parking was great. The room was a generous size with two queen beds and a pull-out sofa and still plenty of room to move around. They had a great hot breakfast and a pool for the kids.
